I’m Ashley — an accountant, business consultant, and guide for entrepreneurs who want clarity with their finances without sacrificing their intuition, values, or nervous system.

I’ve spent over 15 years working in accounting and finance, across government, private, and public sectors, supporting organizations with structure, strategy, and sustainability. In 2022, I founded Ideas to Reality Consulting to bring that experience directly to small business owners who needed more than spreadsheets — they needed understanding, confidence, and a sense of safety around money.

Over time, my work evolved.

While my analytical background gives me a strong foundation in financial statements, cash flow, and decision-making, I’ve also been leaning deeply into ritual, intuition, and cyclical living — practices that help us slow down, listen more closely, and make decisions that are aligned rather than reactive. My work now intentionally blends logic and intuition, structure and soul.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, a mom to two boys, and the human to three dogs who keep life lively and grounded. I love quiet rituals, reading, baking, and finding moments of stillness in everyday routines. These parts of my life aren’t separate from my work — they inform it. They remind me that businesses are built by real people with full lives, not machines designed to endlessly produce.
